As you are probably aware we have 17 players registered for the season. We have currently tried to include all those that have been available every week. However we feel that it is becoming increasingly diffcult to ensure they all get sufficient time on the pitch.
We are currently making too many changes and the lads are getting frustrated at the lack of playing time.
We have had a number of discussions on the best way to move forward and have also had a chat with the lads, we now consider that it would be better to just take a squad of 15 to each game. This would enable us to ensure that throughtout the season everyone should get a lot playing time.
Obviously this would mean that each week 2 players are left out and this would be done on a rota system to ensure they all miss the same number of games. (based on games left everyone would miss 2).
We apprecaite that you as parents pay the annual subs and may not agree with your son missing any games and we therefore request your comments on this matter.
