For the people that can make training tommorow please is it possible for you to provide us with the £30 for the trip, please? We will be handing out the parental consent forms at training the same night.
If we can have all funds in by Monday 17th May and the forms no later than on the day of the trip please.
If it is not to much hassel can we ask that you pay CASH for the trip please?
Also to settle a few anxious minds about the trip WE WILL be in the group for the whole duration of the trip, no one will be allowed to go off on there own or in a small group at any point.
Mark For those that cannot make training wednesday how can we get the parental consent form ? and where do we send the money? obviously don`t want to send cash in the post Chris Allen
Just a reminder payment is due for the trip by Monday please so we it gives us time to organise mini buses and the AT events team. If you can't make training on Monday can you please get funds to Chris Hutchin please.
