Clarification of venues

i've just been talking to Muks, and I think that some clarification is needed regarding the venues for training and matches.

Training will be held at the field behind the cricket club (Butcher's Stile) as normal. Remember that we have an extra training session TOMORROW (Wednesday) at 5.30, plus our normal training session at 6pm on Friday. Please do your utmost to attend both of these promptly as these are the only remaining chances that Alan and Mark have to evaluate the squad and to determine who should play in the matches and where.

THE FIRST MATCH IS ON SATURDAY AT OUR NEW VENUE ST WILFRED'S SCHOOL FIELD, GREENBANK LANE. Again, can I ask that all players are there at 10 am. As this is a new venue and we will have to suss everything out, and get the pitch set-up.

Thanks for your support!

Chris

Thanks Chris

Can you someone please give me a quick idea on how to get to St Wilfrides.

Plus as an extra note - I will make every effort to get William to training on a Friday night for 6.00 pm but unfortunately his older brother has guitar lessons in Barnton from 5.30 to 6.00 pm and logistically it isn't always possible for me to get William to training on time. Obviously this is not William's fault and I would like to assure you he is still very committed to the team and training and I hope that this wont go against him. I have already explained this to Alan but it was some time ago.

Regards

Suzanne

Not sure whether it will be easier to get there via London Rd & Chester Road or via Hartford.!

If going down towards town, turn left at the lights by Somerfield and then left agin to head up Castle Hill.

Follow the main road through Castle and then under railway bridge.

Where the road forks right for Weaverham and left for Hartford, take the left fork and then take the first Right, which is Greenbank Lane.

St. Wilfs is on the right close to St Nicholas' Catholic High School.

Not exactly sure where the ground is, but I believe it will be hard to miss!

Chris and all
slight correction;

Where the road forks right for Weaverham and left for Hartford, take the left fork and then take the first LEFT, which is Greenbank Lane.
