I would just like to take the opportunity to thank John and Andy for all their hard work over the last 3 years. To take responsibility for 15-20 lads week in week out and getting them to play as team, develop as individuals and, most importantly of all, have fun is no mean feat. Fergus has loved every minute of his 3 years with John and Andy (even when he thought he had something to moan about) and they will be a big loss. The fairplay award is a reflection of John and Andy's approach to coaching and I endorse it fully. Thanks for all your efforts and best of luck in the future.
