After last nights meeting could I please remind you to submit a news item relative to your team before Wednesday 13th September. It can be about anything your team has been involved in - first match, message to parents, message to the players, focus on individual performance, plans for the season etc etc.
I will then compile these into a newsletter to be emailed out and added to the website.
For this to work you have to contribute - We are going to have to have a deadline for the news items and anything not submitted by this date will not be included. If your parents are then receiving newsletters with their own age group missing it doesn't look good and you will get the flak!!
I dont want and A4 essay - keep it brief, a paragraph or two if possible.
