This note is not aimed at our team (we havent played at Moss Farm yet this season!) but nonetheless, I think its a timely reminder regarding a few common sense practices when using Moss Farm.
Dear Secretaries
I have been asked by Moss Farm management to remind you all that car users who attend Moss farm for our football activities MUST follow the instructions of the Moss Farm attendants and park in the designated parking areas for football. Several cars at the weekend did not do as requested and when asked to move were reluctant to do so. I did give out users information at the Committee meeting and it is available on the website. Another copy attached. Please make sure that your parents are aware of this guidance.
Also for two weeks running dogs have been brought on to the site. This is not allowed. We had to stop U12s the first week because of dog**** on the pitch. I do not think parents would be very pleased if their son or daughter ended up with that or urine on them when they fall over or go in for a tackle. Common sense and consideration for others is required please.
