I hope that you enjoyed meeting Mark tonight. Mark has just passed his level 1 coaching course, and is going to start his level 2 shortly. He and his mate Lee will be running training for us. Mark is away until the end of July and so the first training session will be on Monday 3rd August at Butchers Style, 6.30 - 8pm. Obviously, we appreciate that attendance might be a bit patchy due to holidays-we won't be back ourselves until the following Monday, but this is a good opportunity for the lads to get together over the holiday and to work on maintaining their fitness, which will be important next season.
