The following players have completed their registration forms: Bill Caffery, Joe P, Toby, Will H and Will N.
I have forms back from James C and Josh U, however I need copies of the BLUE form completed and signed - please could you come round and sign them. I also need a £25 deposit for Josh.
As for the rest of you - please could you let me have completed forms back by next Monday (13th July) so that I can hand them in to the committee before the holidays. Please drop them in at our house - 23, Bickerton Way, off Regency Way or post them to me so that I can check them before handing them to Chris Bailey. If I don't get the forms back, then I can't guarantee that players will be registered for the start of the season.
I've now had responses from Jack Lester and Josh Ulyatt. Fergus and Shaylen's forms are promised for delivery in the next day or so. Thanks for your help in getting these back.
We're off on holiday once the children break-up, and if I don't get the forms by then, there is no guarantee that they will be registered before the start of the season.
I'll leave an envelope full of blue forms on the doorstep. If I'm not in, could you just fill one in!!
Photographs will be required for the pass. A digital photo will be OK.
I'm going to pop the forms and payments round to Chris Bailey later this week, so if you could get them to me in the next couple of days, that would be great.
