Could you let me know if you're interested in a Mum's night out on this date - the usual sort of itinerary - a few drinks and a curry (Spice Grill or Pink Olive?). (Yes we can be just as original as those men!) Once we have an idea of who's interested, I'll post more details.

OK -  Here's a suggestion : I suggest that we meet in the Atherton at 6.30 and work our way down through town. I'll book the Spice-Grill - what time would suit everyone?

I'm afraid that I've double-booked myself and will have to leave you all after about an hour or so, but I will book the Spice Grill.
